I ordered parts to upgrade my computers memory per advice from my IT guy. Before the shipment could arrive and upon further investigation of my computers operating system the IT said the parts would be useless. STAY AWAY!!!!!! TigerDirect is by far one of the worst companies I have ever had to deal with. On May 25, I placed an order for 10 HP ProBooks. As of today, June 16, I have not only failed to receive my products, but I have been lied to by multiple TigerDirect representatives. Absolutely impossible to get in touch with anyone at the company. Ordered a TV two weeks ago - I have no information on the status of my order, where it could be, and the person who responded to my email eventually (after several days) said I needed to wait an additional 4-5 business days as they find out the correct tracking number for my order. Bought a refurbished laptop... was advertised as having 6G of RAM.. Showed up with only 2G of RAM... Called TigerDirect..they said call their refurbisher... I did... twice... no response... Ordered 7 items on 2015/05/16. They've been shipped on 2015/05/27. Received 4 of them on 2015/06/03. 1 item has been cancelled. Still waiting for the rest of it on 2015/06/05. They actually stock VERY LITTLE. Most comes from 3rd party shippers. What is even worse they collect for Next Day or other expedited shipping, state that they have the items in stock and have NO CONTROL of when or if an item will ship. When your order does not ship they don't even bother to let you know that there is a problem. They have an icon by every item showing if it is in stock or not. The... Read more
