Ordered 2 refurbished laptops. One was DOA.

Called customer service and was told that RMA process would start immediately. (14 day return policy for refurbished items) Of cource nothing happened. Called again and was on hold for hours being told by a responding service how important my call was (!). Sent several emails which were not replied to.

Called my 'special account manager' at Tigerdirect where I ended up getting the message that the person's answering service has not been set up. Now, 2 weeks in, the window for returning the item is closed.

Worst customer service ever - even worse than Comcast! Do NOT (repeat: NOT) buy from this company - it is fraud from the get-go.

Product or Service Mentioned: Tigerdirect Customer Care.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $360.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Availability of representatives, Poor quality and customer service.
