Tigerdirect - DID NOT CARE TO CORRECT PRODUCT BROKE IN SHIPPMENT

i used my own money and my time to fix the computer from tiger direct , thats been sitting since dec 28 th
i would suggest you not buy anything from tiger direct or do business with joy systems, they can not get there lies straight and they want there customer to pay for there mistakes

I Bought a refurbished computer from tiger direct before Christmas, i finally got the computer on dec. 28th. as soon as i got it, i heard a noise like something was rolling around in the computer, i called the company it requested if there was a problem, that company is called joy systems, i was told i needed to call the person at tiger direct that took the order, he told me to call joy systems, never got an answer, so called back to tiger direct the person was not in the office, i got a email from tiger direct saying they would charge me a 40% stocking fee and i had to pay and make arrangements to send it back,i wrote back and ask, why i had to pay for a problem that was caused by the company that shipped the product, i finally got a email from joy systems saying fed ex would pick it up the next day, they never showed up, so i had to pay to get it fixed, lucky it was a fan cover that was rolling loosely around in the bottom of the computer and they never bothered to download the drivers in the computer so a monitor would work correctly, its done now and i will never ever order another thing from tiger direct or do business with joy system
