Ordered a part based on the customer services advice. I ask the question three (3) different times to the customer service guy to make sure this was the correct part that I needed.
He reassured me that it was. When I got the part, it was wrong. I called up TIGERDIRECT to try end exchange the part for a correct one. They didn't have the correct part that I needed.
Then the customer service guy explained that there would be a 15% restocking fee. I explained that it wasn't my fault and that I had went off of the advice of TIGERDIRECTS costumer service. He (costumer service) stated that this was policy.
After several minutes of trying to persuade him, I gave up. I will not ever buy anything from TIGERDIRECT again!!
