I placed an order with TigerDirect this morning. I was supposed to receive $20 off using Visa Checkout but it didn't appear.
I tried their Live Chat to inquire, but Live Chat was offline. I tried calling but after going through the menu, I got disconnected. I called back and waiting on hold for 35 minutes. A person answered and said they couldn't pull up my order, even though I could retrieve the status online.
She then claimed she couldn't hear me and said if I still wanted to cancel, I would have to call back. I called back and I'm still sitting on hold 45 minutes later.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $132.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
