I Need to return a phone that I purchased last week

I need to get a return purchase order because I ordered the wrong phone and I need to get a refund on it. And I didnt have a receipt in this package with this order. I will not be ordering anything else from your company.

Impossible Return

I got some memory from tiger that didn't work. I tried to return it and was hassled from the start, being told 15% restock fee plus I had to pay return shipping. If that wasn't bad enough they told me to contact the manufacture for a case # who told me they don't do that. I told Tiger and the agent said yes they do and then hung up on me after a few rude words. Worst company I have ever dealt with hands down.Stay far away from Tigerdirect

They lie to you and don't bother to contact customers when there is an issue with your order. They don't bother to update your account info; I have tried three or more times to update phone number; it's like they are using software that is more outdated than the cheap *** laptops that you buy.

Worst company ever. Called about an item I wanted that was out of stock. They told me it would be in stock Feb. 23 and I should get it the first week of March. So I ordered it on Feb. 5th cause I didn't really need it til the end of the month anyways. Well, here it is March now and it still hadn't shipped so I called them and they said they have no idea when or if it will ever ship. So now I'm back at square 1 having to find a laptop to order (from someone else!) and wait for it to come in from them when it was suppose to be here about now. Angry

I ordered a new monitor in the wrong size. It was never used, just set up on the desk. They are charging me 15% "restocking fee". The cords are still in the plastic wrap, the box is repacked the as when it arrived yesterday. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Order from anyone else.

Purchased MSI laptop from TigerDirect. I was a long time customer, but after they refused to help me, communicate, or talk to me about a defective laptop I will purchase from Newegg or someone else. Purchased laptop for specific purpose and it didn't arrive with the features advertised. Refused to provide RMA and told to go to MSI who sent me right back to TigerDirect.

Delivery misinformation and lack of customer support

I ordered a computer with a shipping time of 3-6 business days. I ordered it from the place I was staying for 3 weeks since i would be there far longer than the delivery time. TigerDirect didn't process my order for 3 days and I realized it would be cutting it close, but I still had several days to spare. I decided to call and change the delivery to my home. Their customer service was down, and I could not get through fore several days. When I did finally get them, they informed me it was too late and there was nothing that could be done, the package would be delivered to the address 2 days AFTER I had to leave. I am not sure what happens now.

Trouble getting refund. "A policy is posted," but where?

On March 18, 2020 my sister purchased a refurbished computer as a gift for me from TigerDirect.com that refuses to work as it should. It just quits while I am using it. Then, after disconnecting power cords & cables multiple times & reconnecting them, I can sometimes get it to boot back up. I've never been able to use a disc to load a program. Presently, the computer has been sitting turned off (3 weeks). They have my sister's $584.00 & she DOESN'T! They are telling me that I need to contact the company that sold them the refurbished computer for my refund. I'm sorry that TigerDirect has taken the stance they have on this refund. In the description it says, "1 Year Warranty," Our family has purchased several items from TigerDirect in the past with no problems. I think we've made our last attempt. When I opened a small business a few years ago, a friend told me that word-of-mouth can be your best advertising. Adding 6/23/20-Talked to Archer last night. Was told Tigerdirect doesn't make refunds. Guess I've seen the last of my $584.00. And, I asked for snail mail address for Tigerdirect. Was told, "We don't have that." Hmmmmmmmm. What are they trying to hide?

Tiger Direct Refuses to Issue me a Return #

I have used Tiger Direct over the last 10 years and was a satisfied customer. I had an issue with an older computer, I odered 3 upgrade items. I decided I needed a new computer instead. It took over a week to get the return number for the first 2 items. For the 3rd item I was informed that it would take 7 to 10 days. 11 days later I was told it would take 2 weeks.I am now over a month. They have put me on hold and hung up on me 4 time this morning. Do not do business with this company!!!
