I bought a computer from Tiger Direct in 2010 and was completely satisfied. This is like a completely different company. There is absolutely NO product support, period.

If I could pack this product back up I would do it in a heartbeat but I am disabled and it was all I could do to get it in the house and set it up.

So I am out $529.99 bucks! It does not have the office programs that I specifically requested so I can't even copy and paste this post into a file.

It required me to enter a password to even log in to the computer. I researched for an hour how to bypass this feature, followed all of the instructions and restarted the computer. You guessed it, I still had to enter the *** password! I am on fire at this point and I have alcohol so I don't want to do anything stupid here tonight, but boy would I love to. ARRGH.

Better Business Bureau, here I come...
