I bought one Acer from Tiger Direct and it was bad. Sent back and now video card going bad in the new one.

6 months old. Nightmare for service. Tiger sold CA Security with package with a 10K guarantee that if any virus hit my computer they would fix or give new computer. Virus hit and had to take computer all the way back to start and lost much info.

13 hour ordeal. They fought not to give my original money back and finally sent partial refund but no new computer.

No one wants to take full responsibility for my problems and won't return calls. Never again for any of them!!
