I purchased a refurbished computer from Tiger-Direct with a 30-day return guarantee. About the 10th day, the computer kept turning off for no reason in the middle of whatever I was doing. I got on their website and called them. The lady told me to call a telephone number, which I now can’t find, and when I called, I got a recording to leave my name and number and somebody would call me back. After another 10 days, I called again and left my name and number and again nobody called me back. After a few days, I called Tiger-Direct and the lady told me that there was nothing they could do as the “30-day guarantee on refurbished computers” had expired.

I have taken the computer to the local computer repair man four times and he can’t find out what is wrong with it.

I am stuck with a bad computer and can’t get through to talk to anybody at Tiger-Direct.

I either want my money back, or want credit on another computer.
