Tiger Direct offered no assistance other than give me the HP 1-800 number to resolve my issue.They shipped me a discontinued model Laptop that arrived with 3 of the 4 processors not working properly.

Re-sellers such Tiger Direct should stand behind those products they Rep and take an active role in resolving issues on the products they sell you. They should exchange the laptop or refund the purchase price. At the very least, they should issue a store credit toward a replacement item. Customer Service does not exist at Tiger Direct.

I will never again purchase from Tiger Direct.I hope I can save others from a disappointing experience.
